MySmallClaim provides an online document drafting service for small claims court matters in South Africa. Our Service helps users create Letters of Demand and Summons documents through an AI-assisted consultation process.

Small Claims Court Jurisdiction

This service is designed for claims within the Small Claims Court jurisdiction of South Africa, currently limited to R20,000. For claims exceeding this amount, you should seek assistance from a qualified legal professional or consider other courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

Document Accuracy

While our AI system drafts documents based on the information you provide, you are solely responsible for verifying that all details in the generated document are accurate, including names, addresses, dates, and monetary amounts. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the entire document before printing, signing, or serving it.

5. Payment Terms

The current fee for our document drafting service is R98 per document. Payment is processed securely through PayFast. All fees are non-refundable once the document has been generated and delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

The documents generated through our Service are provided for your personal use in connection with your legal matter. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the documents for any commercial purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySmallClaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
